What is your Return Policy and Procedure?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return any unused item (excluding, Janbiyah)
within 3 days from the delivery date in a condition that is suitable for resale without removing the price tags with same condition when you received the item.

I cannot see the refund in my bank account. What should I do ?
